We have no commercial incentive when we choose a technology or an approach. We pick what fits the job, the budget and the people who will have to maintain it after we hand it over.
Who we are
Attari Infotech is a website design and development company based in Govandi, Mumbai. We have been building for clients since 2012. We are a small team by choice — the people who scope your project are the people who build it, and you deal with them directly rather than through an account manager.
Most of our work comes from three kinds of business: local service companies that need to be found in Mumbai search, retailers and D2C brands moving from a marketplace to their own storefront, and traders and manufacturers who need a catalogue site their buyers can actually navigate. We also build internal software — CRM, ERP, custom CMS — when an off-the-shelf tool does not fit how a business already works.
How we work
We look before we quote. If you already have a site, we audit it first and tell you what is costing you enquiries. Sometimes the answer is a smaller job than the one you came in asking for, and we will say so.
Scope is agreed in writing. What is included, what is not, and what happens if something changes mid-project. The most common complaint people have about agencies is the quote that moves — we would rather have the awkward conversation at the start.
Everything is in your name. Domain, hosting, analytics, admin access. If you ever move to another agency, you take the whole thing with you. We do not hold accounts hostage.
Mobile first, genuinely. Most traffic in India arrives on a phone, often on a patchy connection. We build and test for that case first rather than shrinking a desktop layout at the end.
What we build with
WordPress and WooCommerce for most sites, because clients can maintain them without calling us for every change. PHP, Node.js, React Native and Flutter where a project needs something custom. MySQL, PostgreSQL and MariaDB on the data side, hosted on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure depending on what the project needs and what it should cost to run.
We are not attached to any one stack. The right choice is the one you can afford to run and someone other than us can maintain.
Where we are
Our office is at 405, 10A, Natvar Parekh Compound, Govandi West, Mumbai. Being in east Mumbai means we work with a lot of businesses in Govandi, Chembur, Kurla, Mankhurd and Ghatkopar who would rather meet the people building their site than deal with a company on the other side of the city. That said, plenty of our clients are elsewhere in India and abroad, and the work runs the same either way.
