What happens after you get in touch
We reply within one working day with either a direct answer or a short list of questions. If the project is a fit, we book a 20 to 30 minute call to understand what you sell, who buys it and what a successful enquiry looks like for you. After that call you receive a written proposal with a fixed scope, a stage-by-stage timeline and a price that does not move unless the scope does. There is no obligation at any point, and we will tell you plainly if we think the work is not a fit for us.
What to include in your first message
You do not need a formal brief, but these four things let us answer properly the first time: what your business does, what you want the website or campaign to achieve, roughly what budget range you are working to, and when you need it live. If you have an existing website, send the address as well. If you have a competitor site you like, send that too. It tells us more in one line than a page of description.

We are a short walk from Govandi station on the Harbour line, and easily reached from Chembur, Mankhurd, Kurla and Deonar. Visitors are welcome, but please call ahead so the right person is in the office rather than on a client site.
Office hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Existing clients on a maintenance plan can reach us outside these hours for anything that takes a live site down.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are in Mumbai and the MMR, but we work with businesses across India and with exporters selling into the Gulf, the UK and North America. Everything we do runs on calls, shared documents and scheduled reviews, so distance has never been the difficulty. If you are outside India, tell us your time zone and we will schedule around it.
Questions people ask before they get in touch
Do you charge for the first conversation? No. Discovery calls, a look over your existing site and the written proposal are all free. We only invoice once you approve a scope.
How long does a website take? A five to eight page business website is usually four to six weeks from approved design. Ecommerce runs six to ten weeks depending on catalogue size. Custom software is quoted per project. The single biggest cause of delay is waiting on content and images from the client, which is why we agree a content deadline up front.
Who owns the website when it is done? You do, completely. The domain, the hosting account, the CMS login and the source code are all yours. We hand over credentials at launch and you are free to move to another developer whenever you want.
Do you work on sites you did not build? Yes. Redesigns, speed fixes, security cleanups and takeovers from another agency are a regular part of our work. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding.
Can you handle SEO and ads as well as the build? Yes, and it is usually cheaper to plan them together. A site built with search structure in place from day one needs far less retrofitting later.
